Using the computer system provided, carry out the following routine maintenance: •       Create a file structure under user as follows A folder labelled with your name and within this folder create 3 folders labelled Home, Work and Study •       Configure the operating system to perform the following: •       back-up procedures •       automatic scheduling and deletion of unwanted data •       archiving •       defragmentation •       deleting temporary files •       Cleaning keyboard, mouse, display screen of the computer provided •       replacing consumables printer paper in the printer provided ·         replacing the damaged mouse

How the activity meets the requirements of the assessment and grading criteria, including how and where the activity took place
Kacper has proven that he knows how to create file structure as requested. He opened Documents, right-clicked into the space and clicked on New and then Folder and he called it Kacper Sobierajski. He opened the folder and created three folders inside it and called them: Home, Study and Work. Kacper has proven that he knows how to configure operating system to perform back-up procedures. He opened Control Panel, then BackUp and Restore and then Set Up Backup. Kacper has proven that he knows how to configure operating system to perform  automatic scheduling and deletion of unwanted data. He opened Task Scheduler then Create Basic Task then he scheduled task to happen daily and then configured Task Scheduler to start a program CCcleaner. Kacper has proven that he knows how to perform archiving. He used for that program WinRAR. He highlighted several files, right-clicked and clicked on archive. Kacper has proven that he knows how to perform defragmentation. He clicked on Start button and then wrote Disk Defragmenter, and opened it. He selected the disk and clicked on defragment disk. Kacper has proven that he knows how to delete temporary files. He opened Google Chrome, pressed Ctrl+H, clicked on Clear browsing data, chosen what files he wants to delete and then clicked on Clear browsing data. Kacper has proven that he knows how to clean keybord, mouse, computer screen and replace consumable printer paper in the printer and replace the damaged mouse.
