|

Employers need employees that will do what they need them to do because this is the only reason to hire them in the first place.

Being able to make decisions independently of authority.

Employee have to be able to make decisions and get things done on their own in moment of need because otherwise they would be useless whenever they wouldn’t have their supervisor around them.

Being decisive to achieve the goals that one sets for himself.

Employers need people that will get things done even if it is not easy, determined person will be persistent in his affort to achieve the objectives.

Being willing to let others to have different opinions than oneself.
|
People work better if they are in friendly and tolerant environment, this is why it is important for every employee to be tolerant.

Being skilled in leading people and motivating them to do what needs to be done.

Being able to lead is important because if team is set up it needs somebody to lead it and that person will have to be good leader otherwise the whole team is doomed to fail.

It is important for employer to have employees that are confident because if they wouldn’t be they could refuse to do some work out of fear of not being able to get it done.
